24 HOUR SERVICE
Our company recently started using started using Eagle Teleconferecing for all our conferece calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Some one is in there office at all times. So if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call in and get it set up! This is great. They are open on holidays too!

It is nice knowing someone is always available when you need them at Eagle Teleconferencing.
I have come to find that it is quite hard sometimes working around people's busy schedules. With Audio Podiums you can have your call recorded and then placed on a 24/7 voicemail box. People who were not able to attend the teleconference can then dial in at their own conveince.
We recently set up conference call with Eagle Teleconferencing and decided that we would try the music on hold feature. This is a great feature to use on conference calls. When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop.
