Conference Calling
I am with a very large medical firm that has numerous accounts with Eagle. Often we host Q & A calls where an operator is on our call at all times to assist with directions on how to ask questions & announce when there is a new question to be asked. Many doctors, nurses, & medical personnel & even patients attend these calls for information. We can be on the web viewing slides & in our call at the same time. Very helpful to see what is being explained! Sometimes we require detailed information on who's calling in (names, center names, & email addresses) & the operators are very efficient in getting this information & placing the participants quickly. Everything goes smooth without any problems. We highly recommend Eagle to anyone.

I have an account with Eagle Teleconferencing, and I just love it. We had a conference line that we had recorded and it just went so smooth. It was so helpful for us to have that recording so we could go back and listen to the recording at any time. I just don't know what we would have done without Eagle Teleconferencing being able to record our conference calls.

Eagle Teleconferencings web conferencing, has been so easy to use. I even had my sales rep., go through and do a demo presentation, to help me better understand how to use the service! I can do live chat while in my conference and while I am doing my slide show. I have just recently signed up for there conference calls, and I can use the conference calls and the web conferencing together. It will be such a great feature to have these two accounts together.
