Our company has a conference line set up with Eagle 24 hours a day. So any time we need a call we just call in with our pin and we have a call. Sometimes we have people overseas that we need Eagle to call and place in our call. All we do is call Eagle and give them the names and phone numbers and the day and time we need them on the call and the operator at Eagle calls our people for us.

I am overseas & have an account with Eagle teleconferencing so, I can communicate at anytime with my family members back in the states. Our company recently started using Eagle Teleconferencing for all our conference calls because they have a great 24 hour service. Some one is in there office at all times. So if I decide at 1:30 am that I need a conference call I can call in and get it set up! They are open on holidays too, which is very covenant for my company.

First, let me start out by saying Eagle Teleconferencing is Awesome! I recently was supposed to catch a flight to our companies other location in Houston. I had a rather long layover in Atlanta when they announced my flight had been cancelled. I had to call my boss and tell them I would not be able to make it. He then called Eagle Teleconferencing and set us up with a 24/7 conference line. We scheduled a web conference for me to attend on my laptop. While it was terrible that I was stuck in the airport and not able to make it. Eagle really pulled through for us. It is very comforting to know that no matter what you can always call on Eagle at anytime.
