I have used Eagle conferencing for years. Sometimes if I need to change the time of one of my conference lines, the reservationist will remind me that my pin numbers might change. I like this. That way, it's not a big surprise if I get a new confirmation with different pins. or give out the wrong ones. They all look out for their customers. Thanks Eagle for such friendly & knowlegable people!

I am a research analyst. Company's hire me to do research for there products. I use Eagle Teleconferencing Services to help me. I provide them with a list of questions and answers, and a list of names and numbers. When it is time for my call the Eagle operator calls me and the group of people that I am interviewing and puts us on a call together. I ask the questions and the group will press 1,2,3 etc.... to choose the answer that best fits them. Eagle is able to poll the answers and give me the results that I need. This is a great help to me in my business.
