Music on My Conference Call
I'm currently signed up with Eagle Teleconferencing and I used one of their conference lines for my conference call. When setting up the conference call, they asked me if I would like to have music on hold, which is a feature that music plays on the conference line. When the moderator of the call gets on the conference line the music will stop. This is a helpful feature, it help my participants know what they are waiting on the conference call to start.

I really like this feature & love the moderator hang up feature. That way, when I hang up, I know my call has ended & there's no one left on the call. All I have to do to get this feature is tell the reservationist when I set my call up. Eagle conferencing is always willing to set your conference lines up exactly as you request & it's confirmed within an hour.
