If we need to add more lines in the middle of a call we know we can call into Eagle and they will add more lines as often as we call in. And if we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before the call then they will also do that for us as well. There are a number of things that may need changed or that could go wrong during a conference call and it is a real comfort knowing that there is a staff member at Eagle there at all times to make sure your call goes as smoothly as possible.

We starting using entry & exit tones on all our conference calls. This lets us know if someone is joining the conference call. It will beep when someone joins the conference call and then when someone exits the conference call it will also beep. Great feature for conference calls!

We recently set up conference call account with Eagle Teleconferencing and decided that we would try the music on hold feature. This is a great feature to use on conference calls. When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop. I think Eagle Teleconferencings best feature is playbacks. A playback is when you and your other members come into your call and the operators play back a previous recorded call. You and your members can all be on the line and listen to the recorded call.

Today I had a call scheduled. I was planning on having close to a thousand people on my call, but by my mistake, when I sent out the email with the dial in number and the pin numbers on it. The numbers were wrong. So when the time came for the call, all of my callers couldn't get into the same call as me. Conference calls can be completely secured by you! When talking to the reservationist at Eagle Teleconference tell them that you would like security on your conference calls! This keeps anyone and everyone from coming on to your conference calls after the conference calls have started! All you have to do is press*7 and your conference call is in security mode. I was in the middle of hosting an important call to all our new employees the other day, which was our first ever teleconference call, and there was a lot of disruptive background noises.
