Today I had a call scheduled. I was planning on having close to a thousand people on my call, but by my mistake, when I sent out the email with the dial in number and the pin numbers on it. The numbers were wrong. So when the time came for the call, all of my callers couldn't get into the same call as me. Thankfully the wonderful operators at eagle answered everyone in the pending queue. The operators gave everyone trying to get in, the right dial in number with the caller pin numbers. Eventually everyone got into the call with me and the other moderators. Thank you to all the operators at Eagle Teleconferencing for going above and beyond for me and my company's call! I don't know what i would have done with out your help!
