I was on a conference call last night. The moderator had requested in the beginning of the call that everyone mute themselves by pushing *6, until they have a question or statement, at that time they may "unmute" themselves by doing the same. Some people just don't follow direction well. There was someone on our call who had children in the background screaming at each other, along with loud dogs barking, all occurring while trying to concentrate on a conference call gave me quite the headache. I could not take anymore. I called into Eagle Teleconferencing Services, and the friendly operator quickly solved the problem. She got on the call, found the disruptive line, and muted her. Thank you Eagle Teleconferencing for getting rid of my headache.
