I am with a very large medical firm that has numerous accounts with Eagle. Often we host Q & A calls where an operator is on our call at all times to assist with directions on how to ask questions & announce when there is a new question to be asked. Many doctors, nurses, & medical personnel & even patients attend these calls for information. We can be on the web viewing slides & in our call at the same time. Very helpful to see what is being explained! Sometimes we require detailed information on who's calling in (names, center names, & email addresses) & the operators are very efficient in getting this information & placing the participants quickly. Everything goes smooth without any problems. We highly recommend Eagle to anyone.
