When the company that I'm working for decided they wanted to do something different about the way they were conducting meetings and seminars someone suggested Eagle Teleconferencing. Eagle Teleconferencing has a feature that I really like on our conference calls and that is entry and exit tones. It is so cool that when somebody enters the conference call there is a beep and then when somebody exits the conference call there is a beep. I was on a huge conference call last night and there was a lot of noise. The moderators of the conference call kept saying to hit *6 on your phone to mute your line. This is a great idea for conference calls. I think on my next conference call I will have to try this. I know there is an option to mute the whole conference call but I think the moderators wanted to keep the whole conference call open. Moderators can hit *5 to mute out the whole conference call and then they can speak without any noise. I do like this feature also but to keep an open conference call *6 sounds good. I am going to try this on my conference call tonight.

I would not recommend entry & exit tones on conference calls that have 100 or more lines. I made the mistake and requested both entry & exit tones on my conference call that had 200 lines reserved and all I heard was beeping the whole entire conference call which is not good when you're trying to give a presentation. I made sure that right after the conference call was over that I called Eagle Teleconferencing and had the tones removed.

What a life saver!!!

My first year working at a new company I had taken a vacation. The second day I called in to make sure everything was still going as planned. SO THROUGH OUT MY CALL FROM 7PM - 10PM I ANNOUNCED SEVERAL TIMES THAT AT 10PM EVERYONE WOULD HAVE TO CALL THE OTHER NUMBER. IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM. MY CALL WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL. We starting using entry & exit tones on all our conference calls. This lets us know if someone is joining the conference call. It will beep when someone joins the conference call and then when someone exits the conference call it will also beep. Great feature for conference calls!

Eagle Operators

When I called into my call tonight at ten till 8 i couldn't get into the call. I immediately called the operators at Eagle Teleconferencing. An operator worked with me, one on one, to get my called set up right. She was polite, to get all my information and get my call set up as quickly as possible. With in just a few minutes, my call was set up! Thanks Eagle Operators

Oops! I messed up my own call!

Today I had a call scheduled. I was planning on having close to a thousand people on my call, but by my mistake, when I sent out the email with the dial in number and the pin numbers on it. The numbers were wrong. So when the time came for the call, all of my callers couldn't get into the same call as me. Thankfully the wonderful operators at eagle answered everyone in the pending queue. The operators gave everyone trying to get in, the right dial in number with the caller pin numbers. Eventually everyone got into the call with me and the other moderators. Thank you to all the operators at Eagle Teleconferencing for going above and beyond for me and my company's call! I don't know what i would have done with out your help!

One of the best things that I just love about Eagle Teleconferencing is that there is someone there 24/7.

I have come to find that it is quite hard sometimes working around people's busy schedules. With Audio Podiums you can have your call recorded and then placed on a 24/7 voicemail box. People who were not able to attend the teleconference can then dial in at their own conveince.

Everyone at Eagle Teleconferencing has been so great to work with. They are all so friendly and helpful.

There has been a big increase in my business since I started using conference calling with Eagle Teleconferencing.

I'm currently signed up with Eagle Teleconferencing and used one of their conference lines. They had a feature that played music when people called in until the speaker came on the call. Which I found to be very helpful so that people knew they were actually on the conference call.
