Playbacks are another service that Eagle Teleconferencing offers...It is quite simple...After you have a conference call recorded you can send in a playback form (on the bottom of a record form) and when your participants call in for the conference call the operators at Eagle Teleconferencing can start the playback at a selected time and they can hear the already recorded conference call again. It is great and simple!
