When we call reservations to set up a conference line sometimes we don't know how many people to expect to be on the conference call. If we need to add more lines in the middle of a conference call we know we can call into Eagle Teleconferencing and they will add more lines. And if we need to have a pin number changed a few hours before the conference call then they will also do that for us as well.
