I am a customer of Eagle Teleconferencing and have been for years. I have a number with them that I can use 24/7. Due to havoc Mother Nature has put on the US in the last week or so the bridge that my number comes from was struck by lightening. Due to the quick response of Eagle Teleconferencing I was sent an email alert informing me of this problem. I was given an alternative number to use while my old one was being put back together. I really appreciate the initiative that Eagle took to make sure my conferencing needs where taken care of. It is nice to know that I am with a company that really cares for it's customers.
