Dianne, Ashley and Pete work in the evenings, and are the most accomodating of all the reservationists. The three of them go out of their way to make sure I get everything that I need, and they are so friendly it's just a shame that they're paid only minumum wage!!! Eagle Teleconferencing service should really show more appreciation for their wonderful employees.
