Eagle Teleconferencing is a great company, and I believe that is solely due to their great employees. All of the reservationists take their time making sure to get my information correct, and then always ask how I would like my confirmation, by email, phone, or fax. It's no one's fault but the customer if they don't get the information correct, because Eagle does everything they can to make sure you get the right information, and all at minimum wage too!!!!
