I had a guest on my call this evening that had a lot of back round noise and static on her line. I have been on alot of conferencing call where there has been quit a bit of back ground noise and nothing could be done about it. Tonight I was on a conference call through Eagle Teleconferencing, someone on the call started pushing buttons. We could not here the speaker. We recently set up conference call account with Eagle Teleconferencing and decided that we would try the music on hold feature. This is a great feature to use on conference calls. When all callers using the conferee/caller pin dial in to the conference call they will hear hold music while they are waiting for the moderator to join the conference call. Once the moderator joins the conference call the hold music will stop. This is a great feature for participants dialing into the conference call that way they know that the call hasn't started yet and they don't miss anything on the conference call.

I just set up a new account with Eagle Teleconferencing. I have a conference call that is set up 24/7 so I never have to call and set up a new call. I always have a line any time I need it. I also got an IP address. So as the moderator of the call I can log onto the Internet and I am able to see all the lines that have called into my call. It also gives me control to mute and record the call myself. Also, if there is a line causing troubles I can find that person and hang them up or mute just there line myself. Another great benefit over other companies is that they have an operator there 24/7 to take any questions that I might have.

Eagle Teleconferencing is the best way to go when looking for a way to connect with other businesses. Their extremely helpful reservation operators, made it completely easy for me. With it being my first time setting up calls I wasn't sure what to expect or where to start. The reservations department walked me through step by step and made it very easy for me to understand. They asked for the date, time, preference of pin numbers and dial in numbers, and how many lines we wanted on the call.
