I have never done a teleconferencing call and when I called Eagle to set up an account I got the best service. The sales rep. was so patient and kind and explained all my questions throughly. Then when it came time to set up the call I spoke with the reservations department and they were more than happy to explain the process to me! It was great and I am sure I will return to use their marvelous service.
